Generally,frosted surface is one side printing .Matte surface can be printed both side.
Regarding the dimension,85.5*54*0.3mm,is regularly.
If you like thicker,0.4mm,0.4mm.0.6mm.0.76mm can be work.Just the cost will be increase.
If you like to print on both side,also support.
